Chakra Yoga

Join us as we explore the Chakras. Open to all levels and abilities, this 55 minute class will consist of pranayama, asanas, meditation and relaxation. Instructor Tani Woodlief RYT 200 will share Yoga’s philosophy of the Chakra system and ways that we can open and balance these energy centers.
Essential oil aromatherapy, Infused juice/water and relaxing Massage will provide a complement to our evening together.
