Restore and tone the core in this abdominal focused, 30 minutes intensive. Pilates promotes full breath and healthy spinal support while engaging and sculpting your core. All levels welcome, no core left behind.

Balance + Flexibility (Hot Yoga)
In this infrared heated Yoga flow, we focus on your two BF's Balance + Flexibility. Infrared heat directly warms muscles, allowing for a greater range of motion . This helps yoga students open up, melt deep into poses and gain confidence in their practice.

A beginner friendly Yin yoga class, practiced in a warmed room. A slower paced style of yoga which includes passive poses to relax the body and muscles. Yin combines holding poses longer while focusing on breath and being present.

Join us as we explore the Chakras. Open to all levels and abilities, this 55 minute class will consist of pranayama, asanas, meditation and relaxation. Instructor Tani Woodlief RYT 200 will share Yoga’s philosophy of the Chakra system and ways that we can open and balance these energy centers.
Essential oil aromatherapy, Relaxing Massage will provide a complement to our evening together.

Tabata training was developed by Izumi Tabata, Ph.D., at the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Tokyo. It’s a timed interval method that alternates between 20-second intervals performed at maximum effort and 10-second stages of rest, repeated for the ultimate workout.

YPBARRE- The Stretch Series
Inspired by the signature stretching techniques from our YPBARRE class, This Stretch Series uses flexibility techniques from Yoga, Pilates, Physical therapy and Barre to both stretch and restore.
Love the "cool down" from your favorite YPBARRE class? Then you'll love The Stretch Series.
Even if you haven't taken a Barre class, It's ideal to move through after a workout or to simply relax.
Stretching helps to increase the flow of fresh, oxygenated blood to the muscles and surrounding tissues, this then decreases the healing and recovery time of worked muscles.
With a focus on building flexibility, increasing range of motion and restoring mind and body this is an all-levels series.
