Our signature class. A beautiful blend of Yoga, strength training, Pilates and ballet fundamentals. Tone muscles both on mat and at the barre. No-impact, all fitness levels welcome. Props like light weights, balls, resistance bands and the ballet barre are used to stretch, tone and sculpt. Each class finishes with Pilates core conditioning and our custom stretch for a long-lean physique.

We take the Tabata timed interval method that alternates between 20-second intervals performed at maximum effort and 10-second stages of rest, repeated for the ultimate workout. Cardio, Pilates and strength with safe alignment and completely beginner friendly.

Balance + Flexibility+ Flow (Heated Yoga)
In this infrared heated Yoga flow, we focus on your three BFF's Balance + Flexibility + Flow.
Infrared heat directly warms muscles, allowing for a greater range of motion . This helps yoga students open up, melt deep into poses and gain confidence in their practice.
*This is an all levels class in a heated room.

Candlelight Yoga is a peaceful, restorative way to wind down your day. A slower-paced Yin Yoga class with restorative postures and gentle movements.

A vagus nerve/somatic release experience. Yoga blankets, bolsters, blocks, sound bowls, essential oils and breath work are some of the tools used in conjunction with somatic release asanas to melt away stress.

This practice will be lit entirely by candlelight and is suitable for all levels - especially beginners, yogis that need a little more relaxation and anyone looking for muscle recovery.

Build your knowledge and a strong foundation of Active, yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows of Vinyasa to warm and awaken the body and chase away any fatigue.

We will finish out the flow with a taste of relaxation and Yin Yoga asanas…The Yin aspect helps to switch off fight-or-flight mode, promoting balance throughout the nervous system and allowing for a sense of peace and relaxation.

Vin/Yin is a marriage of the strong, yang Vinyasa Yoga with restorative Yin Yoga.



*This class is offered in a infrared heated room in the fall and winter seasons.
Active, yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows are offered in the first half of class to warm and awaken the body and chase away any fatigue. The Yin half of class, on the other hand, offers passive, seated and supine poses that are held for anywhere from 2 – 7 minutes on each side. The Yin aspect helps to switch off fight-or-flight mode, promoting balance throughout the nervous system and allowing for a sense of peace and relaxation.

This is a full body, 45 minute Pilates intensive.

Salute the full moon and all She has to offer. The full moon in Virgo asks you to manifest through various stages of shifts.
