Our signature class. A beautiful blend of Yoga, strength training, Pilates and ballet fundamentals. Tone muscles both on mat and at the barre. No-impact, all fitness levels welcome. Props like light weights, balls, resistance bands and the ballet barre are used to stretch, tone and sculpt. Each class finishes with Pilates core conditioning and our custom stretch for a long-lean physique.
As a reservation based studio, we have a 60 minutes cancelation policy on registered classes. No-shows or canceling within 1-hour before your scheduled class time will result in a $15 fee, a deduction of a class from your pass /or the deduction of three (3) days from your Unlimted plan.
