Candlelight Yin YOGA

Candlelight Yoga is a peaceful, restorative way to wind down your day. A slower-paced Yin Yoga class with restorative postures and gentle movements.

A vagus nerve/somatic release experience. Yoga blankets, bolsters, blocks, sound bowls, essential oils and breath work are some of the tools used in conjunction with somatic release asanas to melt away stress.

This practice will be lit entirely by candlelight and is suitable for all levels - especially beginners, yogis that need a little more relaxation and anyone looking for muscle recovery.
