Candlelight YOGA

Candlelight Yoga is a peaceful, restorative way to wind down your day. A slower-paced Yin Yoga class with restorative postures and gentle movements. Props like yoga blankets, bolsters, bands, and blocks are used to assist in finding comfort during your practice. This practice will be lit entirely by candlelight and is suitable for all levels - especially beginners, yogis that need a little more relaxation and athletes looking for muscle recovery.
