HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) meets Pilates, Barre & TRX. A cardio level up from our signature YPBARRE class. Boost metabolism with timed circuits of strength training, core conditioning and cardio. This class promises an added fitness challenge with the use of TRX, including a healthy focus on arms, legs, glutes and core. While maintaining safe postures, alignment and low impact we keep joints happy while challenging 'hard to reach' muscles. All levels welcomed and challenged.
