PILATES Sculpt 45

Restore the core and build strength, flexibility and focus.
This is a full body, 45 minute Pilates intensive.
Pilates promotes full breath, healthy spinal support while engaging and sculpting your core. Heavy on the props, we'll be pulling out all the goodies for this class. (ex.YPB Pilates reformer pully, gliders and Pilates ballet.)

All levels welcome, This is a Beginner to Advanced Friendly class.
