Inspired by the signature stretching techniques from our YPBARRE class, This Stretch Series uses flexibility techniques from Yoga, Pilates, Physical therapy and Barre to both stretch and restore.

Even if you haven't taken a Barre class, It's ideal to move through after a workout or to simply relax.
Stretching helps to increase the flow of fresh, oxygenated blood to the muscles and surrounding tissues, this then decreases the healing and recovery time of worked muscles.
With a focus on building flexibility, increasing range of motion and restoring mind and body this is an all-levels series.
