PILATES + Strength

Restore the core and build strength!
This is a full body, 30 minute Pilates intensive. With a wonderful mix of Pilates Core focus and Strength training
for toning.

Pilates promotes full breath, healthy spinal support while engaging and sculpting your core. Strength training is Heavy on the props, we'll be pulling out all the goodies for this class. (ex.YPB Pilates reformer pully, gliders, Pilates ballet and weights.)
