Build your knowledge and a strong foundation of Active, yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows of Vinyasa to warm and awaken the body and chase away any fatigue.

We will finish out the flow with a taste of relaxation and Yin Yoga asanas…The Yin aspect helps to switch off fight-or-flight mode, promoting balance throughout the nervous system and allowing for a sense of peace and relaxation.
